A) Physicians who are:

• active members of the European Hematology Association (EHA);

• active members of the Italian Society of Hematology (Società Italiana di Ematologia, SIE);

• active members the Spanish Society of Hematology and Hemotherapy (Sociedad Española de Hematología y Hemoterapia, SEHH);

• subscribers to the print or online journal.

Physicians who have already participated in the CME program should simply login by clicking this LINK and use their email address as username and the password chosen at the time of first registration.

Physicians who need to register for the first time should use their e-mail address as access key for their initial account and go to the registration form by clicking CREATE MY ACCOUNT. These physicians should note that - in order to proceed – their e-mail address should already been made available to the journal by EHA, SIE or SEHH.

B) Physicians who do not belong to the above categories must first go to the Subscribe page and subscribe to Personal CME in order to get access to the CME program.
